# Point Shop

Point Shop is the mini tool in PuffTown for users to redeem rewards using points. All users can acquire and accumulate points by signing up daily and individually via Daily Sign, signing up with their Crew members together via Crew Sign, and joining activities for various rewards redemption. ## How to Redeem Rewards in the Point Shop?

Users need to consume PuffTown points to redeem for ample rewards in the Point Shop.

Enter the PuffTown homepage and click on the Shop below the banner.

You can easily check your point balance and the redeemable rewards in the Shop.<br>

Make sure you have a sufficient point balance before you make any payment! Check your point balance first, choose the reward that you want to redeem, and click on the price button to redeem using your points.&#x20;

## Reward Types

There are 3 different types of redeemable rewards in the Point Shop: on-chain rewards, PuffGo in-game rewards, and rewards in kind. Various rewards will be distributed in different ways.

### Redeem On-Chain Rewards

After you have successfully redeemed on-chain rewards using corresponding points from your balance, read the friendly reminder carefully and click ‘Confirm’ to continue. The on-chain rewards will be distributed to your PuffTown Game Wallet within 3 business days.&#x20;

### Redeem PuffGo In-Game Rewards

After you have successfully redeemed on-chain rewards using corresponding points from your balance, read the friendly reminder carefully and click ‘Confirm’ to continue. You can check your redeemed rewards in your PuffGo mailbox.&#x20;

Enter the PuffGo homepage and click on the Multi-tasks button at the bottom right-hand corner.&#x20;

Click on the ‘Mail’ button for the redeemed rewards.

### Redeem Rewards In Kind

You need to fill out the contact information with your email address, phone number, and delivery address for the rewards in kind.

Make sure all your information is correct before clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button. Rewards in kind will be ready and distributed to the delivery address that you filled out.

If you failed to submit your contact information right after the successful redemption, you can fill it out later in your rewards redemption history.&#x20;

Click on the ‘History’ button at the upper right-hand corner of the Shop page.&#x20;

Find the rewards in kind redemption record and click on the delivery icon to proceed.&#x20;

Fill out the contact information with your email address, phone number, and delivery address for the rewards in kind. Make sure all your information is correct before clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button. Rewards in kind will be ready and distributed to the delivery address that you filled out.

## Fail to Redeem Rewards

### Fail to Redeem with the Grayish Button

If the button for rewards redemption is grayish, it indicates that the rewards are out of stock. Kindly select from a variety of rewards to redeem.&#x20;

You will receive a pop-up reminder that shows ‘Insufficient Points’ if you are trying to redeem rewards with an inadequate point balance. Please kindly acquire and accumulate points by signing up daily and individually via Daily Sign, signing up with their Crew members together via Crew Sign, and joining activities.
