# Connect with Google Authenticator (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

After you created your trading password and connected your on-chain wallet successfully, please follow the guide to secure your wallet with a connection to Google Authenticator.

THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR SECURITY.

Click ‘Google Authenticator’ to start!

First of all, please download Google Authenticator and set it up. \*Backup key is crucial! Please save it in a secure place for future emergency use!

Send the verification code to your email address to get verified, and enter the code you received in your email as well as the 6-digit Google Authenticator code on your Google Authenticator to complete.
